MANAGEMENT FEES
Management Fee (of gross income collected): 8%
Supervisory Fee (Sec. 31): 10%

Eviction Fee's: (Three Potential Parts)
Step 1: Initial Process through Judgement
When tenant owes up to $1,000 $275.00
When tenant owes more than $1,000 Call for Price
Step 2: Filing for WRIT
Filing, legal, and service fees $ 60.00
Step 3: Execution of WRIT
Service and execution of WRIT (starts at) $ 150.00
(This cost covers the first hour for Bailiff's costs only.
When additional hours are necessary for the Bailiff to
complete the job, the cost is an additional $125.00 per
hour.)
Labor for removal of tenants property is provided for
at an additional charge, please call for pricing.
Newspaper Ad Fee $ 45.00
Lease Renegotiation Fee $ 50.00
Credit Check/Report Fee $ 25.00
Utilities for unit in Natod's Name:
$3 to $4 plus change per utility per billing statement
GENERAL MAINTENANCE FEES
Lawn Cutting (single lot):
40' x 120' less than 8" high $ 40.00
Lock Change Fee:
2 doors, max 4 locks (Landlord Locks) $ 80.00
Hourly Rate for General Repairs $ 35.00
Parts and Supplies:
(Equivalent to the cost of the parts and supplies plus a 10% mark-up
to cover expenses).
Any services requiring specialty work, i.e., electrical, HVAC, will require
different pricing. Please contact us for quote.
