Our History
Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs
are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to
meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our
business is from repeat customers and referrals.

Natod Management, a business located in Auburn Hills,
Michigan, is a real estate brokerage and property management
company, which started in 2003. The original idea for the
company was to only manage the homes that were owned by
Natod or that of family and friends. In the beginning, they
managed three small rental units. Since that point, it has grown
into a full-service company, with the ability to meet the many
requirements that property owners are now demanding from a
management company.

Natod Management has employed licensed realtors since 2003.
In 2008, Natod Management earned its brokerage license,
which allows the company to now accept fees for managing
other people’s property. Over the last five years, Natod has
utilized the use of the Internet to optimize their business
management, operations, and communications.  Natod has
found that the majority of property owners prefer this method
of management and communications due to the ease of access,

growth of managing 3 properties in 2003 to the management of 25 properties in
2008.

Natod Management provides a complete list of services for the property
management side of the business.  These items can include but are not limited to:
meeting with the property owner to discuss the options available for the unit they
wish to rent, advertisements and screening of tenants, collections of the security
deposits and rents, evictions of tenants, 24 hour emergency maintenance as well as
scheduling subcontractors for various jobs, accounting and monthly reports to all
property managers, and strict accountability to those property managers.
