About Daniel
Daniel O'Donnell serves as Property and Office Manager for NATOD Management, an Auburn Hills-based real estate brokerage and asset management firm founded in 2003. With more than two decades of real estate experience, he brings practical knowledge of property operations, investment real estate, brokerage, leasing, maintenance coordination, and office administration. In his management role, Daniel helps connect the day-to-day needs of residents, property owners, vendors, and the NATOD team while supporting responsive service and well-organized operations.
Daniel has earned both the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). These respected professional credentials reflect advanced education and experience in property performance, financial operations, maintenance, risk management, resident relations, and ethical real estate management. His IREM training complements a hands-on approach focused on protecting property condition, controlling costs, supporting occupants, and strengthening long-term asset value.
For many years, Daniel has also served as an associate broker with NATOD Management. That extensive brokerage background gives him a broad view of the real estate life cycle, from acquisition and market evaluation through leasing, ongoing management, and eventual sale. His public professional profiles identify investment property and property management as core specialties and credit him with more than 20 years of experience across Auburn Hills, Pontiac, Rochester, Waterford, and surrounding Michigan markets.
Daniel is also a licensed builder, adding valuable construction knowledge to his property-management and brokerage experience. He can evaluate repairs, renovations, capital improvements, and building concerns with an informed operational perspective. In addition, Daniel's experience as a business owner gives him firsthand insight into budgeting, accountability, customer service, and long-term planning.
